John Suscovich and Kate Woytowicz put their wheels to the road in the name of sustainable food and alternative energy. Over 2010 they will be taking several trips around New England visiting gardeners, farmers, and foodies in an attempt to further understand what is going on with our food.

Spring 2011 starts a trip of astronomical and gastronomical proportions. John is riding from NY City to Washington State, then down to San Francisco. Kate joins him in San Francisco and together they travel to New Zealand, Australia, SE Asia, the Middle East, and into Europe.

They will be traveling from organic farm to organic farm gathering information, doing interviews, and taking pictures. They will share all of this information on their website and you can follow their blog to stay up to date. Kate and John believe that their efforts will encourage people to live more active life styles, and think twice about the food they put on their plates.
